Role Overview

We are seeking a PMO Professional / Project Coordinator to support large-scale hyperscale data center construction and infrastructure deployments. This role is responsible for project coordination, schedule management, reporting, stakeholder communication, and operational support to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project execution for hyperscale and mission-critical infrastructure builds
• Develop and maintain project schedules, look-ahead plans, and milestone tracking reports
• Coordinate activities between field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client stakeholders
• Monitor project risks, issues, budgets, and resource planning activities
• Prepare weekly status reports, executive summaries, and project dashboards
• Manage project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and change tracking
• Assist with procurement coordination, delivery tracking, and workflow management
• Ensure project processes align with PMO standards and client expectations

Requirements

• 4+ years of project coordination or project management experience in data center or infrastructure environments
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and fast-track construction workflows
• Experience supporting hyperscale or mission-critical projects preferred
• Proficiency with project scheduling and reporting tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred
