Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Inspector to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for fiber optic and datacenter infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all installations meet project specifications, client standards, and industry compliance requirements before final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect fiber optic installations for compliance with design specifications and quality standards
• Review OTDR traces, splice reports, labeling, and testing documentation
• Conduct field inspections, audits, and punch-list verification activities
• Identify non-conformance issues (NCRs) and track corrective actions through closure
• Verify workmanship quality for cable management, pathways, terminations, and labeling
• Participate in client walkthroughs, quality reviews, and turnover inspections
• Prepare QA/QC documentation packages for project closeout and client handover
• Coordinate with field teams, project managers, and subcontractors to maintain quality standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA/QC inspection experience in datacenter, telecom, or mission-critical construction environments
• Strong understanding of TIA/EIA, BICSI, and ANSI fiber optic standards
• Experience reviewing test reports, inspection checklists, and quality documentation
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify installation deficiencies
• Familiarity with NCR/RFI processes and project quality workflows
• BICSI RCDD or related quality/inspection certification preferred
